Police were sent to 200 Cline Avenue in Mansfield for Michael Oswalt, who allegedly had a mental health crisis. Police arrived and saw him with a knife, retreating to an apartment where he lived with his girlfriend and two small children. Police escalated a standoff and evacuated the girlfriend. Police shot and killed him. This was the second standoff for a mental health crisis with police in a short period of time.
