OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Roseville Police were sent to a 911 call which reported multiple shots fired in the 2900 block of West Owasso Boulevard. Werling fled, fired more shots and allegedly somehow injured an officer’s face. Police shot and killed him. Werling was known to have mental health problems and needed help.
