Lumberton police chase vehicle for unknown reasons at high speed until it struck a KFC sign and ejected two of the three occupants of the vehicle. A 21-year old man sustained life-threatening injuries and was flown to the hospital with unknown survival outcome. A 33-year-old man, Anthony Gerald, was killed.
