Phillips county deputies followed a vehicle driven by Derek Stortzum. Some that was allegedly driving erratically. He did not stop for a traffic stop and deputies escalated a high-speed chase, hitting the vehicle with a PT maneuver which caused it to crash, killing the driver, Derek Stortzum.
