Charles Nara was wanted by police for child sexual abuse. He was reportedly locked in an apartment building and sent a child out with a note informing them that he had guns and a lot of gasoline in the apartment. Pennsylvania State police arrived and brought SERT. Loud noise was heard coming from the apartment. Please put out the fire and found Charles Nero and Megan Kulenovic dead inside. They both died during the SERT siege by unknown mechanism.
