OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Tampa PD closed in on Michael Shaheen who was believed to have shot and injured someone in a prior event. Shaheen refused to come out of his car when Tampa PD arrived and locked himself in. SWAT were called and arrived and board down on the vehicle for several hours until Shaheen died from suicide under police duress.
