Tennessee Highway Patrol chased Bryson Kirk in a vehicle who was believed to have shot injured a woman in one location, then having fled to a second location, where he shot an injured, a second woman, finally fleeing with an infant. Police chased him and engage in a shootout with him. They shot and killed him.
