San Bernardino police traffic stopped Albert Jose Rodriguez, who was allegedly uncooperative. Police try to forcibly remove him from the vehicle and alleged that he reached for his shirt where a gun was later found. He took off and dragged an officer hanging onto his car. Police shot and killed him.
