OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Las Vegas Metro PD were sent to a home invasion call. a homeowner had called and reported that a woman had broken into his home and was attacking him. Police arrived and found him struggling with a woman for control of a knife. Police shot and killed him. After killing him, police realized that the woman was an intruder who had broken in and was fighting with Durham, the homeowner, who was defensively trying to fight her off. Durham had called 911 to get help removing the woman but police shot and killed him instead in some sort of mix-up. Eyewitnesses claim that police shot him 5 more times when he was down.
