OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
San Antonio PD were called to the Rosemont on Miller’s Pond Apartments on Old Pearsall Road because a woman was destroying a fire alarm. The woman was having a mental health crisis and was acting erratically and allegedly did something that the officers determined to be a threat. They shot and killed her.
