Someone called 911 on 11/18/2024 and reported a woman was shot at a residence on Lincoln Avenue, according to a Hamilton County dispatch supervisor. A fleeing vehicle was seen in Clinton County, Indiana, where Indiana State Police (ISP) attempted a traffic stop.The driver, identified as Terea Brown, 42, of Cincinnati, fled, initiating a police pursuit northbound on Interstate 65.The pursuit ended on County Road 800 W, near State Road 28, when the fleeing Chevrolet Cruze stopped. According to ISP, a shot was fired from the vehicle, prompting officers to respond with gunfire. SWAT officers later entered the vehicle and found Brown deceased inside.
