At about 11 a.m.on 06/21/2023, police were conducting a traffic stop while investigating a homicide. Dallas PD transported Xzavier Zevelle Franklin to the police station to be interviewed. He was arrested on outstanding warrants and without incident, police said. Shortly after the interview, he said he was feeling ill and he died after the intake from an unknown medical emergency.
