Louisville PD were in the area of 22nd and Griffiths when they allege that Mark Jaggers ran up to their vehicle wearing a mask and tried to open the door. Police shot and killed himwithin seconds of touching the car. The officer was in an unmarked car and police allege that Jaggers tried to rob him. The family’s attorney stated that “there are serious questions how they are framing this tragedy.”
