On 11/27/2021, Anthony Oliver allegedly opened fire at the Kalamazoo bus station located at 459 N Burdick St in Kalamazoo, injuring three individuals. Kalamazoo Public Safety officers arrived approximately two minutes after the first 911 call was made regarding the incident. Upon arrival, officers engaged with Oliver, resulting in them shooting and killing him.
