A power company employee came to the home of Antonio Worthy to do work when he went outside, pointed a gun at her, and told her to get off his property. She called police and said a man had threatened her with a gun. Police arrived and allege that he pointed a gun at deputies. Police brought SWAT and evacuated the neighborhood. He came outside and police shot and killed him.
