On 12/15/2024, San Antonio Police Department officers responded to a report of a man walking in and out of traffic and attempting to open car doors on the 2300 block of NE Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX. Police claim Timothy Scott, 43, resisted detention. Police engaged him in an altercation and alleged that he tried to grab an officer’s weapon. An officer fired a Taser an unknown number of times during the altercation. Additional officers arrived and subdued Scott. Further details are unknown. Scott stopped breathing and was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
