A shootout occurred around 7 a.m. near the intersection of Los Angeles Street and Washington Boulevard at what police are calling an “illegal casita party” between two security guards and a person who was shot and killed by them after the person was either forced to leave the party or was refused entry to it. The security guard was injured. No names were released.
