Spokane County deputies were looking for Bjorn Manycolors with an arrest warrant. Police allege that he produced a gun and fled on foot. Deputies Brent Miller and Matthew Pearson shot and killed him. This was the second killing since 2020 for Officer Brent Miller. He had previously traffic-stopped Clando Anitok and killed the 25-year-old man from the Marshall Islands by shooting the unarmed man in the face.
