OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Cory M. Orsenico, 32, was reported for dangerous driving. An Oregon State Police trooper initiated a pursuit to stop him, resulting in a minor collision between their vehicles. Orsenico then accelerated and continued fleeing. He entered the fast lane of the three-lane highway and crossed the double yellow line, colliding with an oncoming vehicle. The crash resulted in the deaths of Orsenico and two bystanders, Dawn Adams, 54, and Jeffrey Adams, 78. The incident is under investigation.
