Brookhaven PD arrived on a call about a man with a saw blade near the mall. Police located him. He reportedly threw a drink at police. They tasered him, then finally shot and killed him.He had had mental health issues for a number of years and needed mental health care. Family had been asking for help and did not receive it for his mental health issues.
