EVENT NARRATIVE:
On 11/24/2021, Harris County Precinct 8 deputies attempted to stop a motorcyclist after a patrol deputy alleged he appeared to be racing another motorcycle in southeast Houston. The rider continued driving away and police escalated a high-speed pursuit that crossed several Houston-area cities. Investigators said speeds exceeded 100 mph.
