Officers responded to a call about a shooting with injuries at Rich's Billiards. Witnesses provided a description of the gunman, who was last seen running toward an apartment complex. Officers located Robert Lee Canchola, and he attempted to flee. Canchola allegedly pulled out a handgun, and in response, officers Charles Tanner, Armando Cisneros, Remington Strickland, and Gerry Montelongo shot and killed him.
