OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Albuquerque PD and SWAT attempted an arrest at an apartment complex on Tramway Boulevard. The man had a gun charge and was also wanted for questioning in a recent crime. Police knew there was a 2-year-old in the home when they prepared entry. As they entered, the man fired shots at them and injured an officer. SWAT shot and killed him.
