Joliet PD responded to a domestic disturbance call at 4:56 p.m. on 07/19/2023, in the 600-block of Elmwood Avenue. Police stated there were shots fired in the 600-block of Elmwood Avenue and they found 29-year-old Victor Harris walking while holding a handgun. Officers shot and killed him.
