Fuquay-Varina PD tried to stop Bryan “BJ” Jamal Harris, 36, after he left a gas station and allegedly committed some traffic violations. He fled from the chase and landed near his home where police unleashed a K9 on him after he fled into the woods. He made it home hours after that and arrived, stated he was in great pain and died at his parents’ home. Blood stains were found in the area he had been confronted by police and a dog. It is unknown how he died.
