St. Clair deputies tried a traffic stop on a Trailblazer that fled. The man was wanted on warrants and deputies initiated a chase. Jeffery Adams, 35, fled, driving slowly until he ended up at his own home. He ran inside and locked himself in. Police later found him with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, having committed suicide under police duress.
