OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On April 22, 2025, police responded to a 911 call reporting a man with a gun confronting a neighbor outside a home on Snowy Owl Street Northwest in Ramsey, Minnesota. Officers issued a shelter-in-place for the neighborhood when the man retreated into a nearby residence. Police escalated a standoff and after several hours without contact, police entered and discovered 42-year-old Hulda Bochere Mosiori dead from gunshot wounds. Also found deceased was 51-year-old Mel Melchizedek, who allegedly shot Mosiori before dying by suicide.
