A Fort Worth officer and a Fort Worth arson investigator shot and killed 2 armed men on the morning of July 5, 2023 while investigating illegal fireworks activity. They say a fight broke out on Ross Avenue and NW 32nd St. The officers got out of the car, jumped in the fray and both officers fired their weapons and killed 2 men. A man and woman were found shot and injured nearby who may be linked.
