OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A Pennsylvania State Police trooper tried to make a traffic stop for undisclosed reasons. The man fled and the trooper escalated a chase through Center Township and Homer City Borough. Police placed spike strips but the vehicle continued to flee, coming to a stop on US 119 and Tide Road where he was shot to death. The killing was Justified by the DA.
