Orlando PD stopped Derek Diaz in an attempted drug bust. He stopped and cooperated and handed over a small aluminum foil packet and put his hands on the steering wheel. Several officers swarmed around the car. He made a motion with one hand off the steering wheel and was shot by a number of bullets instantly. Police have not said so far whether or not he had been armed. Ben Crump is the family lawyer.
