OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Marco Dorsey, 43, was reportedly damaging vehicles and acting erratically in a Jeffersontown neighborhood around 11:25 a.m. An off-duty Jeffersontown police officer, a former LMPD officer who lives nearby, confronted him. During the encounter, the officer shot and killed Dorsey. The officer was not in uniform and was not wearing a body camera. Kentucky State Police are investigating.
