OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Marion PD were sent to a “shots fired” call and claim that they found a man holding a handgun. He ran away and allegedly dropped the gun on command but was not cooperative with arrest. Police tasered him. In response, he pulled out a second gun and allegedly pointed it. Police shot and killed him. To date, no video can be found to verify the official narrative.
