OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Tyron Quaincy Page, 31, was shot and killed by Haltom City police around 12:40 a.m. at the Heritage Apartments after officers responded to a 911 call that abruptly disconnected. Police encountered Page at the scene and say he was reluctant to engage. During the interaction, one officer opened fire for undisclosed reasons, killing him. The Texas Rangers are investigating the incident.
