On July 31, 2025, at approximately 9:15 a.m., deputies from the Hood County Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve a felony arrest warrant at a home on the 400 block of Lands End Court in the Indian Harbor subdivision. The subject, male, identity not disclosed, allegedly pulled a firearm at deputies upon their arrival. Deputies responded with gunfire, fatally shooting the individual.
