OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Desmond Holly, 16, opened fire at Evergreen High School in Jefferson County, Colorado, around 12:30 p.m., injuring two teenage students. Police responded quickly, surrounding and pressuring Holly inside the building. Under police pressure, he turned the gun on himself and died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. One student remains in critical condition while the other suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
