On 10/01/2025, Euless police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex near Raider Drive and Euless Boulevard. A woman was shot and transported to the hospital by a friend. The 35-year-old male suspect barricaded himself inside the apartment. SWAT and negotiators attempted to make contact for several hours before breaching the unit. The man was found dead inside from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. His identity has not been released.
