OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Tacoma PD arrived in the 9400 block of South D Street on an “assault with a weapon” call and found a 41-year-old male who had fired shots and hit several houses. Police called SWAT which arrived with armored vehicles. The man took shots at them. SWAT shot and killed him while he was sitting on a roof.
