OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On October 20, 2025, Parker police responded to multiple reports of gunfire around 10:20 p.m. at a gas station on East Mainstreet near Jordan Road. Officers found shell casings and contacted a 32-year-old male employee who initially claimed to be a witness. During questioning, the man became erratic, drew a handgun, and pointed it at officers. Police opened fire, striking him. He was transported to a hospital where he died. Six officers were placed on administrative leave pending investigation.
