OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 09/03/2021, Robbinsdale police officers attempted to stop an SUV reported stolen during an armed carjacking. The vehicle fled into Minneapolis at high speed and lost control at Northeast Lowry Avenue and Hayes Street, crashing and splitting in half. Marcoz Paramo, 14, who was in the vehicle at the time, died as a result of the crash. Three other occupants were hospitalized with injuries.
