OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
The former girlfriend of Eric Taylor called 911 and reported that he was on his way to her house and that he threatened to “kill her”. She had left home with her children. Police drove to the area and found him in his vehicle. Indianapolis PD escalated a chase and when he stopped, police claim that he had a gun. They shot and killed him. No release of videos or other evidence at this point.
