On 08/31/2021, Anaheim police officers responded to a residence on West Greenleaf Avenue after a caller reported they had been shot. Police stated that after officers entered the home, they found a homicide victim. Police stated a man identified as Robert Nelson then confronted officers and police alleged he had a gun. Officers opened fire and shot and killed Nelson.
