On 09/15/2021, Davis police officers responded to a reported disturbance at a residence on Pence Road in Davis, Oklahoma. Police stated officers encountered Christopher George at the location. Police alleged George became involved in a physical struggle with an officer and that during the struggle he gained control of the officer’s firearm and discharged it toward the officer. Police stated a second officer opened fire and shot and killed George.
