On 08/24/2023, at approximately 10:30 a.m., authorities reported that 56-year-old Raul Reyes-Estrella took a Chevrolet Trailblazer from an EMS station in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Information concerning the reportedly stolen vehicle was subsequently communicated to law enforcement.

Warsaw Police Department officers encountered the Trailblazer in the Warsaw area. Police attempted to stop Reyes-Estrella using emergency lights and sirens because the vehicle had been reported stolen from the Goldsboro EMS station. Reyes-Estrella continued driving while Warsaw police pursued.
