Upon arrival, officers found the main gate closed and locked. Inside the facility, they observed a pickup truck with its windows shattered. Officers encountered 31-year-old Alfred Lopez-Minor, a former employee of the Garden Bistro, an independently operated restaurant within the park. Lopez-Minor fired multiple shots in the direction of the officers.
