OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Beaverton PD arrived at a home to arrest Richard Henrickxfor stalking. He ran into a house on Southeast Duke Drive and later emerged with a gun. Police allege he fired at them. A SWAT army had amassed in the driveway. hey shot and killed him. Herinckx had been a former nurse with a history of mental illness. He never fired a shot during this fatal event. Henrickx posted a video of the military vehicles forcing their way onto his property prior to his death and expressed shock at the events prior to his killing. The video is linked below.
