OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
The West Bend PD received a call to check on Donald Lucero after a shooting he was believed to have been involved in. When police arrived, he got in his car and drove away. Police escalated a “brief” chase and he crashed on the US 45 near Park Avenue overpass. Police found him dead in his vehicle in the midst of the chase. Autopsy is pending.
