On 01/23/2022, Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call on Oakcrest Court in Davenport. Deputies encountered 46-year-old Arthur Martin during the response. Deputies fired their weapons during the encounter, striking and killing Martin at the scene.
