On 01/26/2022, Milwaukee Police Department officers responded to a call in the 6300 block of West Dixon Street. Officers encountered 23-year-old Johnathon Carl Williamson outside a residence. Officers fired their weapons during the encounter, striking and killing Williamson at the scene. The Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation reviewed the officers’ use of deadly force.
