OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 10/07/2022, Conway Police Department responded to a series of connected shootings in Conway after calls came in for gunfire at multiple locations across the city. Officers located two people who had died from gunshot wounds and one person injured during the separate shootings. A man later identified as Princemichael Ajetunmobi was pursued by police after the shootings. He fled into woods after law enforcement located him and fired at officers. Police did not return fire. Ajetunmobi was found in a field with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and taken to a hospital, where he later died.
