Sacramento PD arrived at a call of a man on a rooftop with a gun. Police besieged the location with SWAT and shot and killed the man. Police claimed that the man started firing at them. Multiple eyewitnesses said they never saw him shooting. His family reviewed all video and they were very upset, stating that Cleavon Miles was trying to give himself up when he was killed.
